Phillips and Raphinha 'looking to quit' Leeds after source reveals all - pundit
Leeds United will struggle to keep hold of Raphinha, Kalvin Phillips and Illan Meslier next summer if they finish towards the bottom end of the Premier League table.
That is the view of ex-Aston Villa and England attacker Gabby Agbonlahor, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the trio’s long-term future.
A Liverpool source told Football Insider (October 13) the club are keeping tabs on the three players.
They have long been admirers of Raphinha and Phillips but Meslier has now also caught the eye.
The towering Frenchman, 21, is regarded as one of the best young goalkeepers in world football.
He has made the most saves (31) of any goalkeeper in the Premier League this season.

Despite his heroics, Leeds are at the wrong end of the table having conceded 15 goals in eight games.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side are 17th, just three points above the relegation zone, with just one top-flight win this season.
Asked whether Leeds will struggle to keep hold of Raphinha, Phillips and Meslier if they have a poor season, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “1000 per cent.
“If I’m Phillips and Raphinha I’m going to want to play in a better team.
“You’re going to get more chances. Raphinha’s just got in the Brazil squad, he’s going to look at the players playing in the Champions League, he’s a hungry player and will want success.
“100 per cent they’re going to be looking to move.”
Raphinha has two goals and two assists for Brazil in three appearances, two from the bench, after he made his debut in the recent international break.
Phillips has established himself as one of England’s key players and his absence was felt in the recent break when they were held to a draw by Hungary.
