Phillips predicts Kane to quit Tottenham after breaking transfer news
Kevin Phillips claims winning the Euros would increase Harry Kane’s desire to leave Tottenham this summer.
The Sunderland legend, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, insisted a first trophy will give the England captain a taste for success.
Kane will lead England out at Wembley on Sunday to face Italy in the final of Euro 2020.
The striker scored the winning goal in Wednesday’s semi final against Denmark.
On Friday (9 June) Football Insider revealed Manchester United are now in pole position to sign Kane.
This site revealed on 9 April that Kane told his friends he wants to leave Tottenham this summer.

Phillips claims there will be no going back for Kane if England win the Euros.
“I personally think he will want to move more,” Phillips told Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs.
“Let’s cross our fingers and hope he wins it and gets that sample of winning something.
“He will lift the trophy as well and it will give him that hunger and desire to add to the trophy.
“We all agree we don’t see that happening at Tottenham. I just think it will highten his taste for more silverware.
“It’s as simple as that. I could be wrong but that’s just my opinion.
“He probably only has three or four years playing at the level he currently is. Winning the Euros will give him that hunger.”
Kane has scored four goals at Euro 2020 after failing to net in the group stage.
He could win the golden boot at the Euros if he scores two goals in Sunday’s final.
