Rangers fans react to reported Celtic interest in 20-year-old Ibrox star
By Danny Wright
Rangers fans have taken to Twitter after reports linked Emerson Hyndman with a move to Celtic.
The 20-year-old has been in great form since securing a loan move to Ibrox from Bournemouth in January, and now the Daily Record are claiming that Celtic want to make him a permanent part of their squad.
Gers supporters don’t seem to be sold on the report though, with a lot of them refusing to accept that the player would want to bridge the fierce Glasgow divide.
In 12 appearances for the Light Blues, Hyndman has found the net four times and provided three assists, which included a goal on his league debut against Motherwell.
Under the leadership of Pedro Caixinha, Hyndman has continued to play a big part in the Rangers first team and he grabbed the first goal of the new era in the 4-0 win over Hamilton in March.

We do need investment to catch them and that's fact and they'll need to announce before renewals as some might lose interest.

Hyndman was sent out on loan by Eddie Howe after failing to make an impact at Bournemouth since he moved from Fulham in 2016.
He was limited to just three appearances in cup competitions and was part of the squad that suffered embarrassing defeats to both Millwall and Preston.
The Dallas-born playmaker has one senior international cap with the USA team when Jurgen Klinsmann gave him the nod to come off the bench in a friendly fixture with the Czech Republic.
In other Rangers news, Graeme Murty believes that this wonderkid should stay at Ibrox.
