Rangers fans are demanding that Bojan Miovski be given a run in the starting XI after he netted a late winner in the 1-0 victory against St Mirren on Wednesday.

The striker came off the bench with just over 10 minutes to go and managed to find the back of the net in added time as he lobbed the keeper at Ibrox after being played through.

As a result, the 27-year-old has now bagged his first goal of the campaign and helped push the Gers up to second place.

Derek McInnes’ side have struggled up top in recent weeks, with Rangers only scoring five goals in their last five matches in all competitions.

Therefore, many fans are now calling for Miovski to be given a run in the starting XI, especially while Lawrence Shankland is injured.

Rangers were in dire need of a hero against St Mirren.

Despite their dominance, they simply could not find the back of the net at Ibrox.

Therefore, Miovski stepped up to save the day with a cool finish to win the three points.
