Report: Brilliant German attacker eyed by Liverpool could leave club if this happens
By Harvey Byrne
Brilliant German attacker Julian Draxler could leave cash-rich French side Paris Saint-Germain if Kylian Mbappe joins from Monaco this summer, according to a report.
The Mirror have claimed on their website that the 23-year-old is being eyed by both Liverpool and Arsenal, but he is currently set to stay at the cash-rich French capital club.
However, that situation could all change should the Ligue 1 giants bring in Europe’s brightest talent in Mbappe.
The Mirror report states that PSG are currently looking to offload a number of their fringe players to balance the books ahead of what they hope will be Mbappe’s arrival.
Draxler is not included in that group, but it is reported that the situation will be revisited should the young France star sign in an attempt to generate more money due to him being a saleable asset.

The exciting forward only joined PSG in January from Wolfsburg, agreeing a four-year deal at the time and he has since returned 10 goals and three assists in 25 appearances for the club.
Football Insider verdict:
Draxler is an incredible talent and Liverpool should pull out all the stops to bring him in. There is currently a lot of speculation surrounding the future of Philippe Coutinho, but supporters would certainly forget about the Brazilian if he was replaced by Draxler. There can be an argument that the PSG ace is a better all-round attacker than Coutinho and he would form a very formidable Liverpool front three alongside Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane if he was to make the switch to Merseyside.
