As many as 17 clubs are set to watch the Celtic pair of Moussa Dembele and Kieran Tierney against Bayern Munich according to a report.
The Daily Record claims that the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool will be in attendance to see the duo in action.
The report goes on claim that Tottenham had Tierney watched against Bayern in Munich and are planning to do the same tonight.
The situation may well be complicated by Tierney’s recent signing of a new six-year deal at Celtic.
Dembele has recently returned from injury to reclaim his place as Celtic’s first choice striker.
Football Insider Verdict
The number of clubs scouting these two players is testament to how well Celtic’s transfer policy is working. Both players could certainly play in the English Premier League, but with Tierney signing a new deal Dembele looks to be the player far more likely to leave in the immediate future. Dembele’s pace and power have already served him well in both the Scottish Premiership and in the Champions League, he seems a natural fit to play for a club such as Liverpool or Arsenal. Tierney may well play in England in the future but the time doesn’t seem right for that to happen at the moment.
