Richarlison tipped to join giants after Everton source's £50m reveal - pundit
Alex McLeish has claimed £50million is a “fair enough” valuation for wantaway Everton star Richarlison this summer.
The former Scotland boss, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, suggested the 24-year-old will be looking to jump ship during the main window if pursued by a “big club”.
This site revealed on Monday (2 May) that Everton are confident they can secure a £50million-plus fee for Richarlison if he continues his strong finish to the season.
The Brazillian is eyeing the exit door this summer – with Football Insider revealing last month (17 April) that the forward has instructed his agents to find him a move to a Champions League club.
Richarlison has netted four goals in his last five Premier League games to inspire an Everton fightback in their battle against the drop.
However, McLeish claimed the former Watford star is likely to depart Goodison Park this summer.

“I would think that [£50million] would be a fair enough valuation for Richarlison, given the current rates,” he told Football Insider‘s Russell Edge.
“Confidence was so low around the place in recent games, but he’s helped raise it through the roof with that goal against Chelsea. That just sums up the kind of impact he can have when in form.
“I can definitely see him moving on this summer. You see a lot of similar players moving on when they get the chance to go to a big club, and I certainly wouldn’t think he’s any different.”
Richarlison, who is contracted until June 2024, has netted eight goals in 26 league appearances this term.
He cost the Merseysiders a reported £50million in 2018.
