Paul Robinson has tipped West Brom to make four more signings in the January transfer window.
The ex-Spurs and England goalkeeper, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, said his former Blackburn manager will be targeting players that can provide “a short-term fix”.
The Baggies have already confirmed the capture of Robert Snodgrass from West Ham and the departure of Charlie Austin to QPR.

The club are also known to be interested in recruiting a striker before the window shuts, with Everton’s Cenk Tosun and Bournemouth’s Josh King both under consideration.
Sam Allardyce told Sky Sports that his side are in desperate need of new signings this month, more so than any other club in the division.
When asked by Football Insider how many new additions he expected at The Hawthorns, Robinson said: “It is going to be a very, very busy window for him.
“Knowing Sam, I suspect he will be doing as much as he can.
“He has let Charlie Austin go already and I am sure there will be others. I would expect another four to come through the door as well before the end of the window.
“He will be signing players to do a job. He has been brought in for a short-term fix. The task is to ensure their survival this season. He will be signing players that he knows can do that for him on and off the field.
“Should he be given the opportunity to manage the club long-term that is something he will look at after that.
“West Brom are down there for a reason and that squad needs to be freshened up. The players in that squad are not good enough.
“It would be negligent of him not to change things up. The more new faces the better for him.”
