Brendan Rodgers has taken a massive gamble with the team he has decided to select for the Hoops’ final league game of the season against Aberdeen.
The team was announced on the Bhoys’ official Twitter account a short time ago.

In contrast to the team selected for the midweek draw against Kilmarnock, Rodgers has picked his strongest available side, which was expected in the last game of the season, but it has the potential to backfire if the Hoops pick up any injuries.
The Scottish Cup Final is only six days away, and if any players get injured and miss the game against Motherwell and the chance to win the domestic treble then the Hoops support will be livid.
That is always a gamble that managers take though, and it wouldn’t be surprising if Moussa Dembele for example, plays only an hour of the game and is replaced by Leigh Griffiths.
There is also a good chance that the likes of Stuart Armstrong and Patrick Roberts could make appearances from off the bench, in what could be the last Hoops appearances for the duo, as doubts linger about the future of the pair.
Rodgers will know that he is taking a massive gamble with the team he has selected, but he will fell that it is a gamble worth taking.
