Savinho wants Tottenham move, Roberto De Zerbi influence emerges in Man City deal
Savinho is keen on the idea of a move to Tottenham Hotspur this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
The Brazilian has endured another season of limited gametime at Manchester City, and he is now prepared to try to take the chance to move to North London ahead of 2026-27.
Spurs are well-placed to hand the 22-year-old winger a much bigger role than he has played at the Etihad Stadium, and sources have indicated that the chance to work under Roberto De Zerbi strongly appeals to the player.
Savinho has consistently been linked with a move to join the Lilywhites in recent windows, but he is now prepared to try to get a deal over the line at his end.
Tottenham are eyeing a big summer in the transfer market after narrowly avoiding relegation from the Premier League, and Savinho is a key target for their recruitment team once again.

Pep Guardiola’s departure from Manchester City looks set to spark a summer of change at the Etihad, with Enzo Maresca the strong favourite to step into his shoes in the dugout.
The likes of Bernardo Silva and John Stones are also departing for new challenges after several years at the club, as the boss’ exit looks set to continue the change in the squad that has been seen in recent years.

Guardiola’s decision to step away could also have a significant impact on Savinho’s future, given that he was one of the driving factors behind City fending off Tottenham’s advances for the wideman last summer.
Football Insider revealed back in April that Guardiola was hugely reluctant to let Savinho leave this summer, as he still felt that he had a big role to play in the club’s future.
However, with the 55-year-old no longer in the picture, one of the biggest obstacles between Tottenham striking a deal for Savinho has now been erased.
Tottenham are rekindling interest in a £60M move for #ManCity’s Savinho, whom the club wanted over £70M for last summer. While the winger was willing to move, Pep Guardiola said he needed him as cover.

The new manager at City will undoubtedly have some say in the future of some of the squad players like Savinho, but Guardiola’s exit could certainly work in Spurs’ favour.
Tottenham on alert for bargain Paulo Dybala deal
Football Insider revealed earlier this week that Tottenham are on alert over a potential free transfer for Paulo Dybala this summer, as he prepares to leave Roma at the end of his contract.
The 32-year-old is expected to have a wealth of interest from clubs across Europe’s top leagues if he does leave the Italian capital this summer, and Spurs remain strong admirers.
The Lilywhites tried to get a deal done for him a few years ago but ultimately failed in their pursuit, and they are ready to line up another attempt this time around.
Dybala is vastly experienced in both the Serie A and the Champions League, and his contract situation looks set to create a scenario where Tottenham may be able to get him without paying a single penny.
