'Should've done better', 'Bad' - Celtic fans react to player display v Aberdeen

Celtic fans on social media were unhappy with goalkeeper Scott Bain after his error lead to an Aberdeen goal, in a match which ended 1-0 to the Dons.

The Dons took the lead early in the second-half, when an Andrew Considine shot in the penalty box beat Bain at his near post.

Hoops fans weren’t happy with the part played by Bain in the Aberdeen goal, with one fan describing it as ‘bad goalkeeping’.

Here are some of the best reactions from Hoops fans to Bain’s mistake:

Bain has done well for the Hoops since he joined on loan from Dundee in January, and he had a very successful debut against Rangers at Ibrox in a match which the Hoops won 3-2.

Indeed, so good have Bain’s performances been that he recently agreed a four-year deal with the Hoops, and it will be interesting to see how he responds to making his first real mistake in a Hoops shirt.

With doubts continuing over Craig Gordon’s fitness as he continues to suffer knee problems, it will be interesting to see who Brendan Rodgers chooses to play in goal in the upcoming Scottish Cup Final, as at the moment there doesn’t seem to be a clear favourite between the two players.
