Darren Bent has suggested that new West Brom signing Kamil Grosicki had issues behind the scenes during his time at Hull City.
The former Aston Villa and England star, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, says that he was surprised the 31-year-old was with the Tigers for so long and suggested there were off-pitch problems.
The Polish international signed for the Baggies on transfer deadline day, penning an 18-month deal after three years and 123 appearances for their Championship rivals.

Bent says that Grosicki has got all the attributes to be a threatening player for any side and suggests there must have been something stopping other clubs making a move for his capture.
“He’s another one that’s got bags of ability, got a lot of pace, can score goals and it surprised me that he was at Hull for so long,” Bent told Football Insider.
“Again, there must be something going on there behind the scenes but it’s a great, great signing for West Brom, a really good signing.
“Good players will play better around better players, I think Grosicki will do really well for West Brom.”
The 73-cap international was a mainstay for Hull before his departure last month, playing in all but one of their 29 Championship games.
He managed to find the back of the net seven times and chipped in with a further four assists for his teammates and joins the likes of Grady Diangana, Matt Phillips and Matheus Pereira on the wings.
In other West Brom news, Noel Whelan has been left head over heels for one of the Baggies’ new arrivals.
