Aston Villa are listening to offers for Anwar El Ghazi and Wesley ahead of the transfer window cut-off, Football Insider has learned.

The Midlands giants have signed five senior players this summer, including three in attacking positions.

A Villa source has told Football Insider that manager Dean Smith is now willing to offload forward pair El Ghazi and Wesley as his squad reshape continues.

They have been told they are free to find new clubs, with potential moves overseas the most likely at this stage.

There is strong interest from Roma in the free-scoring wide man but it remains to be seen if they will meet Villa's £15m asking price.

Wesley has interest from clubs in Belgium, Turkey and Holland although they are likely to prefer a loan to a permanent deal.

The striker only returned from injury at the end of last season after missing 14 months with a serious knee injury.

The Midlands giants are still in the market for another wide attacker after selling Jack Grealish to Man City last week.

Norwich City's Todd Cantwell and Burnley's Dwight McNeil are among the targets of Smith going into the final weeks of the window.

Villa completed their fifth signing last Sunday when Axel Tuanzebe joined on a season-long loan from Man United.
