Sources: Koulibaly wants to quit Chelsea

Kalidou Koulibaly is keen to quit Chelsea this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

Koulibaly, who joined the Blues last July for a reported £33million, is believed to be keen on a return to Italy if he leaves Stamford Bridge in the coming months.

Teammate Trevoh Chalobah could also join him in leaving the Blues as he attracts interest from Inter Milan.

The Italian giants have been keen on the 23-year-old all season and made enquiries over his availability back in January but he ultimately remained in London.

Lukaku spent the 2022-23 campaign on loan with the Serie A side despite having only just quit the club in a permanent move to Chelsea last summer.

Both Chalobah and Koulibaly have struggled for starts at Stamford Bridge this season, with just 18 and 20 respectively.

Inter are believed to be keen to bring Chalobah to Milan this summer and Koulibaly is interested in a return to Italy following his eight-year spell at Napoli.

As a result, Football Insider understands that the Blues would be open to including the trio in a swap deal in order to secure Onana's services.

The London club are in the hunt for a new keeper with Onana their top target and are reportedly open to offers for current shot-stoppers Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy.
