Sources: Liverpool plan signings blizzard as Carvalho announcement imminent
Liverpool will announce the signing of Fulham playmaker Fabio Carvalho within days, Football Insider understands.
The Premier League giants have had an agreement in place for months and the completion of the Championship season has paves the way for official confirmation.
A Liverpool source has told Football Insider that the club will announce the signing of Carvalho imminently after reaching a total agreement with the player as well finalising a compensation fee with Fulham.
They will pay an initial £5million to Fulham for Carvalho and that will be supplemented by a potential £2.7m of add-ons.
The youngster has also agreed a five-year contract with Liverpool that will significantly increase his salary.
Carvalho has remained publicly tight-lipped over a deal and even suggested he could stay at Fulham but there has been little doubt for some time he is headed to Liverpool.

This site revealed on 28 March that the Merseyside giants had reached an “agreement in principle” to sign the Portugal Under-21 international before he became a free agent at the end of June.
Carvalho underwent a medical at the end of last window and a fee of £8.4m was agreed but the transfer could not be processed in time.
Carvalho will be a free agent from the end of June but Fulham are due a compensation fee for development costs.
He is one of three teenagers set to join Liverpool this summer.
The Merseyside giants have already captured winger Ben Doak from Celtic and are also set to complete the signing of Derry City winger Trent Kone-Doherty imminently.
This site broke the news on 20 January that Liverpool were working on a deal to land Carvalho after getting the green light from chief scout Barry Hunter.
The attacking midfielder, who has been operating for Fulham in a number 10 role or on the left side of the attack, was instrumental in their successful promotion campaign.
He made 33 Championship starts among 38 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and providing eight assists.
