Rangers told if English-club forward is moving to Ibrox after offer tabled - Sources

West Brom rising star Rayhaan Tulloch is set to snub offers from clubs including Rangers to sign a new long-term West Brom deal.

Football Insider revealed last month that the Baggies were close to a breakthrough in talks with Tulloch after he had knocked back previous offers to put his future at the club in doubt.

Sources with knowledge of the 19-year-old’s situation have told Football Insider that he has been convinced his future lies at the Hawthorns and is poised to pen a new deal this month.

It is a major boost to Slaven Bilic and a blow to the young forward’s many suitors as they now look elsewhere for promising summer recruits.

Rangers, fellow SPL club Hibernian, French giants Marseille and Spanish top-flight strugglers Leganes have all be in hot pursuit of Tulloch.

Offers have been tabled to the youngster, who is a free agent from the end of this month.

But he has been told he feature’s in Bilic’s plans and is set to be a member of the first-team squad when the Championship campaign resumes.

Tulloch has so far made three first-team Abloon appearances, which all came earlier this year.

Manager Bilic handed those opportunities to the versatile forward, who can play down the middle as the attack spearhead or on both flanks, in the cup competitions.

Tulloch was also named on the substitute’s bench for a Championship match in February.

Tulloch has impressed the West Brom coaching staff with his performances for the club’s Under-23s.

He was in prolific form earlier in the season, scoring nine goals and supplying four assists from 14 Premier League 2 matches.
