Lucas Moura has attracted the interest of Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino who is said to be considering a loan deal for the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, according to a report.
French media outlet and TV station Telefoot have suggested that the Spurs boss is looking for reinforcements attacking wise and sees the Brazilian as someone who could boost their forward line.
Moura has been with the Ligue 1 side since 2013 but has only made six outings for French giants this season, scoring one goal.
With minutes under his belt few and far between in this campaign, the winger could be tempted by a move to the English capital.
Football Insider verdict:
This is a deal with some substance. Moura has 18-months left on his current contract with the French outfit and unless he is offered a new deal, the winger may decide his future lies elsewhere. Of course, with Spurs, the Brazilian has the opportunity to link back up with his former PSG teammate Serge Aurier – the two worked well together at times, providing the French champions with some moments on greatness. It also must not be forgotten that this is a World Cup year and the 25-year-old is going to need more minutes if he going to be fully fit for the competition.
