Outspoken pundit Chris Sutton has named Celtic first-team players Craig Gordon, Dedryck Boyata, Kieran Tierney and James Forrest in his team of the week.
All four men played a key role in helping Brendan Rodgers’ team pick up their fourth consecutive domestic trophy in the Scottish League Cup on the weekend.
The Hoops secured a hard-fought 2-0 victory over SPL rivals Motherwell at Hampton Park to secure the cup thanks to second-half strikes from Forrest and Moussa Dembele.
Gordon, Boyata and Tierney helped Celtic achieve their successive clean sheet in domestic competitions.
The former Hoops striker revealed his team of the week on his official Twitter account on Monday afternoon and there was no surprise that Celtic dominated the lineup following their cup success.

Celtic have now extended their unbeaten run in domestic competition to 65 matches after this weekend’s result.
Rodgers’ team look on course to achieve back-to-back treble winning seasons as they currently find themselves three points clear in the league table with a game in hand, and the Scottish Cup matches on the horizon.
The Hoops will be looking to build on the win when they once again face Motherwell in the league on Wednesday evening at Fir Park.
