Tottenham still have a chance of signing the next Gareth Bale - reliable journalist

Totteham still have a chance of signing Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon this summer, according to a reliable journalist.
The north Londoners have long been linked to the 17-year-old left-back, but after he signed a new three-year deal in June alongside there being just over 48 hours of the transfer window left it looked as though a move may be being left behind this summer.
However, Bleacher Report journalist Dean Jones has gave renewed hope to Spurs fans after claiming via his personal Twitter account on Tuesday that Tottenham can still bring in Sessegnon, if they make a big enough offer.
There's still a chance Ryan Sessegnon could join Spurs if they make a big enough offer – but his brother would not be included in same deal

Sessegnon is currently one of the brightest youngsters in the English game after the England Under-19 international made his professional debut back in August 2016 aged just 16 years and 81 days.
He has since starred in 37 matches for Fulham, scoring seven goals and providing four assists from his full-back position as well as being included in the PFA Championship Team of the Year in his debut season.

The young left-back has also been dubbed the next Gareth Bale due to his ability to bomb down the left-wing and Spurs fans will love Sessegnon even if he is just half as good as the Welsh wizard.
Football Insider verdict:
If Tottenham secure the signing of Sessegnon then they could be set for the left-back position for years, like they did with Danny Rose when they brought him from Leeds 10 years a go. Now, Sessegnon is unlikely to make an immediate impact in the first team, but Bale himself also struggled to make the step up initially and was even close to being sold. However, if Sessegnon fulfils his potential then he could be a huge success, just like Dele Alli has proven to be since his move from MK Dons. Therefore, if the funds are available then Tottenham simply must go back in for Sessegnon before others start taking notice.
