Major Tottenham 'clearout' will pave way for Bowen to sign from West Ham - pundit
Jarrod Bowen may have been given assurances by Tottenham that there will be a clearout to pave the way for him to sign from West Ham.
So says ex-Spurs goalkeeper Paul Robinson, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the 24-year-old Irons winger.
The Independent reported on 20 September that Tottenham are long-term admirers of Bowen, who is under contract with the Hammers until 2025.
Liverpool and Leicester City are also claimed to be interested in his services after being impressed with his early-season form in 2021-22.
Bowen has started all six of high-flying West Ham’s Premier League matches so far this season.
His side currently sit two points ahead of Spurs, who are winless in their last three league outings.

Robinson suggests Tottenham may have promised Bowen that sweeping changes will create a pathway to their first XI for him.
“I can’t see where he would fit in at Tottenham at the moment,” he told Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs.
“Would he want to leave West Ham, where he has been integral, to play a bit-part role at Spurs?
“Spurs have got Son, Bergwijn, Lo Celso, Gil. They are very strong in the forward areas.
“Unless he has been promised something else, promised that Spurs are going to clear players out.
“It’s going to be an interesting window at Spurs. Bowen is still very young so he has the opportunity to play at the top level for a number of years yet.”
