Tottenham fans on Twitter have urged chairman Daniel Levy to splash out on wonderkid Kylian Mbappe after his display against Manchester City on Wednesday evening.
The 18-year-old striker is currently one of Europe’s hottest properties after becoming a regular feature in Leonardo Jardim’s side this season.
He has frequently been linked with a move to England and a report from the Mirror in February named Spurs alongside Arsenal as being in the race for the wonderkid.
Now, the young teenager has continued to impress since these links and on Wednesday he scored Monaco’s opening goal as the Ligue 1 outfit ran out 3-1 victors over Manchester City.
With the match being broadcast in England a number of supporters got the chance to see Mbappe who left many impressed, including Tottenham fans.
Large sections of the Spurs fan base have now called on Levy to spend the money required to sign the young starlet.
Meanwhile, others simply commented that they’d like to see him line-up in a Tottenham shirt next season.

Mbappe made his debut for Monaco in 2015, becoming the clubs youngest-ever senior debutant at the age of 16 years and 347 days.
He has since went on to feature another 44 times for the French side, bringing a return of 18 goals and 12 assists.
