Sources: Tottenham tell Khalon Haysman to find new club as decision is made
Tottenham starlet Khalon Haysman is leaving the club at the end of next month, Football Insider understands.
The central midfielder, 18, had been hoping to agree a professional contract with the Premier League big hitters when his two-year scholarship deal expires next month.
But a Spurs source has told Football Insider that Haysman has been told he will be released when his current deal ends on 30 June.
That is a major blow to the second-year academy scholar, who was a regular for the club’s Under-18s in the first half of the season.
He is now looking for a new club after learning he is among a batch of rising stars who won’t be back next season.
Haysman, a defensive midfielder who can also play on the left side of midfield, had his first season of full-time football last term when he started his scholarship.

He has gone on to play 17 times for the club’s Under-18s, which have yielded two goals.
That has included nine appearances this season, eight in the Under-18s Premier League and one in the FA Youth Cup.
Tottenham are letting the club’s second-year academy scholars know if they are being released or offered professional terms.
As per Tottenham’s official site, Haysman is a local product who was born at Chase Farm Hospital in Enfield.
He attended Chingford Foundation School and has previously captained the Tottenham team at younger age group levels.
