Martin Dubravka could be on his way to Tottenham Hotspur this summer after being named on a three-man goalkeeper shortlist.

The 37-year-old will leave Burnley after his contract expires at the end of June and the north London outfit want to sign him as a free agent.

As things stand, Guglielmo Vicario's future at the Lilywhites remains uncertain as Roberto De Zerbi decides on his number one for next season.

Spurs have reportedly turned their attention to signing Dubravka as their backup goalkeeper this summer, with three to four other options on their wishlist.

Antonin Kinsky ended the 2025-26 campaign as Tottenham's number one, redeeming himself after a disastrous spell under Igor Tudor.

De Zerbi seems to trust the 23-year-old Czech, but there is some doubt as whether the Italian manager wants him as the club's number one going into next season.

Jason Steele and Karl Darlow also on Tottenham radar

Dubravka isn't the only veteran goalkeeping option Tottenham have their eyes on to bolster their shot-stopping department in the coming weeks.

Brighton and Hove Albion's 35-year-old shot-stopper Jason Steele and Leeds United's Karl Darlow are also among the options being looked at by the North London outfit.

According to Tottenham expert Paul O'Keefe on 22 June, Dubravka is the leading contender to become Spurs' new backup goalkeeper for the 2026-27 campaign after featuring 35 times during Burnley's eventual relegation from the Premier League.

Darlow, 35, is also set to be a free agent soon unless he signs a new contract at Elland Road, while Steele will enter the final year of his contract soon.

Spurs plan Brighton raid for Roberto De Zerbi

Sources told Football Insider in May that Tottenham were keen on Brighton's Matt O'Riley this summer, with the Seagulls ready to sell.

The North London outfit have already got a deal over the line for Jan Paul van Hecke and are now keeping tabs on Steele, who De Zerbi showed a lot of faith in during his time at the Amex Stadium.

With the Italian manager building an impressive team at Brighton during his stint in East Sussex, it wouldn't be surprising to see him poach a few more players from them before the end of the summer window.
