Igor Tudor has seen his odds slashed to remain as Tottenham Hotspur’s manager for the first game of the 2026-27 campaign.

The interim manager has had a disastrous start at Spurs and is yet to win a match at the club.

This has seen calls for Tudor to be sacked already, with the 47-year-old pulling Tottenham closer to the relegation zone. However, their fortunes changed over the weekend when they picked up a surprise point in a 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Anfield.

Now, one bookmaker believes there is an increasing chance that Tudor remains at Spurs for the next campaign at 16/1, with Oddschecker on 18 March confirming that these odds have been slashed.

This would prove to be a shock in the hunt for Tottenham’s next manager, with Tudor doing little to impress so far.

Will Igor Tudor come good at Tottenham?

So far, Tudor has overseen some terrible results at Spurs.

Many of the 47-year-old’s tactical decisions have proved to be horrendous, with the saga revolving around Antonin Kinsky in the Champions League being the most obvious example.

However, against Liverpool, there were clear signs that Tudor can get Spurs playing decent football.

Despite being at Anfield, Tottenham were in the game throughout and bettered Liverpool in multiple stats.

As a result, Richarlison’s late equaliser was more than deserved for Tudor’s side.

However, the task for the interim manager will now be to replicate this going forward, with Tottenham set to have a crunch game against Nottingham Forest on the weekend, which could have massive implications on the relegation battle.

Who else is linked with the Tottenham job?

With Mick Brown exclusively telling Football Insider that Tudor is unlikely to be sacked following the 1-1 draw against Liverpool, Tottenham can now focus their efforts on appointing someone long-term.

It’ll come as little surprise to many that Mauricio Pochettino is the favourite for the Tottenham job at 13/8, while Roberto De Zerbi is in the mix at 3/1.

Sean Dyche remains in the running at 11/2, despite reports indicating that he is unwilling to take the role at present.

On top of this, Harry Redknapp is also one of the favourites at 7/1, in what would be a shock return.

A potential outside is considered to be Robbie Keane at 10/1, who has been continuously linked with a Premier League return after impressing early in his management career.
