Sean Dyche has seen his odds slashed to become the next Tottenham Hotspur manager after their 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest.

Pressure has been heaped on Igor Tudor after Spurs were demolished by Forest to drop to 17th in the table.

As a result, calls for the interim manager to be relieved of his duties have only grown louder as they edge closer to the relegation zone.

Now, one UK bookmaker has placed Dyche at 6/1 to take over from Tudor, with Oddschecker confirming that these odds have been slashed.

As a result, Football Insider have examined the latest developments regarding Tottenham’s next manager.

Sean Dyche continues to be heavily linked to Tottenham

Dyche has been out of work since February, when Nottingham Forest sacked the manager after a 0-0 draw to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

For many, this decision was unjust, with the 54-year-old on course to keep the Tricky Trees in the Premier League.

On top of this, Forest remained in Europe and were preparing for a playoff tie against Fenerbahce.

Now, with Tudor proving to be out of his depth, Spurs could be forced to turn to the survival specialist to keep them up.

Dyche has earned a reputation for keeping clubs in the English top-flight despite the odds, achieving this at both Burnley and Everton.

However, it remains to be seen if Tottenham go in for Dyche if Tudor is sacked.

Who else is linked with the Tottenham job?

With Football Insider previously revealing that Dyche to Tottenham was unlikely at present, plenty of other managers remain in the mix.

Mauricio Pochettino remains the favourite to be in charge next season at 5/2, with the US National manager yet to rule himself out of the role.

Roberto De Zerbi follows at 9/2, while Robbie Keane is yet to be ruled out of the running at 8/1.

A potential outsider is Marco Silva at 10/1, with the Fulham manager yet to commit his future to the club with a new contract.

As a result, he is currently set to leave the Cottagers at the end of the season, but it remains to be seen if he would be willing to make the switch to Tottenham early.
