Inter Milan are now the odds-on favourites to sign Tottenham Hotspur’s Djed Spence as talks begin over a potential transfer.

Reports emerged on Tuesday that Spurs were prepared to allow the England international to join the Italian side this summer.

The 26-year-old full-back is set to cost Inter around £25.6million, with an agreement likely to be reached.

Personal terms are not thought to be a problem, with Spence reportedly keen on a move to the Serie A champions.
