Tottenham and Everton have missed out on Turkish wonderkid Ozan Can Kokcu after the teenager signed a four-year deal with Bursaspor.
Kokcu, 18, has signed a pre-contract agreement with the SuperLig side as revealed on Bursaspor’s official website, which will see him join the ambitious Turkish side permanently in the summer from Feyenoord.

Kokcu’s agent, Muzzi Ozcan, told Yahoo Sport earlier this year that offers from England, Holland and Germany had been received for the attacker, including Tottenham and Everton.
Both Premier League clubs were talking to the player but it was reported that Spurs were pushing the hardest.
Although yet to make a senior appearance with the Dutch giants, Kocku has starred for their Under-19 side this term, and scored twice in 18 league and cup appearances.
Kokcu, who is eligible to play for Turkey, Azerbaijan and the Netherlands at international level, would have joined attacking set-ups at both clubs with huge competition.
The likes of Georges N’Koudou, Vincent Janssen and Moussa Sissoko have all struggled to shine in north London with Spurs following summer moves, as the likes of Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli sparkle in Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Kokcu now links up with Bursaspor stars such as Joshua John, Cristobal Jorquera and Ricardo Faty in a side that currently sit in 11th in Turkey’s top flight.
In other Tottenham transfer news, this 22-year-old star is set to be axed this summer according to a report.
