Tottenham will look to sell Tanguy Ndombele when he returns from his loan spell with Galatasaray this summer, sources have told Football Insider

Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed the French midfielder is not in Spurs’ plans moving forward even if he doesn’t sign for the Turkish side permanently.

It is believed, however, that Ndombele has still played his last game in north London after he’s failed to feature for Tottenham since January 2022.

The 27-year-old’s contract is due to expire in June 2025.

Tanguy Ndombele could leave Tottenham after dismal spell

It’s been a miserable time for Ndombele since making his big-money £63million move from Lyon in 2019.

The midfielder has only made 91 appearances for the club over the past five years, with 75 of those outings coming in his first two seasons in north London.

The Frenchman has spent time on loan with Lyon, Napoli and Galatasaray over the past two years, with his latest move to Instabul seeing him register just one assist in 26 appearances this season.

It’s now anticipated Ndombele will move on from Spurs this summer if the club can find a suitable buyer for him.

Tottenham

There are expected to be plenty of changes behind the scenes at Tottenham this summer following Ange Postecoglou’s scathing comments around the “rebuild” of his side.
