Tottenham Hotspur’s summer targets Pedro Neto and Eberechi Eze would cost “big money” to sign in this window.

That’s the view of senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke as he discussed Spurs’ summer plans on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track Podcast.

Tottenham would only be able to pursue one of those targets in this window, and both would command a fee of £50-60million.

Sources say Crystal Palace will try to keep hold of Eze this summer after Michael Olise departed to Bayern Munich.

Neto is another option Spurs are considering, sources from the club say, but his injury record is a concern despite his talent on the pitch.

Tottenham want to inject attacking quality

Bolstering the attacking options within the club is a key target for Ange Postecoglou this summer.

While Eze and Neto aren’t traditional number nines, both can provide a goal threat from out wide.

Archie Gray joins Tottenham

Tottenham have already been busy this summer bolstering the options in midfield by signing Archie Gray from Leeds United.
