'Foreign nonsense' - Leeds fans rage as top-flight champion reportedly passes medical
Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to rage after reports surfaced that teenage defender Aapo Halme has passed a medical and is due to be announced as United player on Wednesday. Finnish publication

. It is understood that Halme is set to sign a four-year contact with the Championship club after he passed a medical on Tuesday. Now all that remains is the official confirmation of the transfer, which is believed to be scheduled to happen on Wednesday. Halme helped HJK win the Finnish top-flight last season when they stormed to the championship by a massive 20 points. He has made 36 total appearances for in Finland's capital, but now he is on the verge of moving to Elland Road. However fans do not appear to believe that it is a good piece of business by director of football Victor Orta, who has splashed the cash on strengthening the development side at Leeds since he was hired.
