Leeds summer signing jets out to Middle East - confirmed
Leeds United teenager Kun Temenuzhkov has confirmed that he has jetted out to the Middle East to train at the Qatar-based Aspire Academy. Temenuzhkov, 18, was signed up by Leeds in the summer after leaving Barcelona and has been tipped to have a brilliant future. The Bulgaria youth international was one of a number of overseas talents that director of football Victor Orta welcomed to Elland Road as he completely revamped the development squads in West Yorkshire. The centre-forward is no doubt one of the most exciting talents to have been snapped up, and now it seems that he is making good use of the partnership between Leeds and the Doha-based Aspire Academy, which is owned by Elland Road director Ivan Bravo. on Monday that he is in the Middle Eastern nation for training sessions, seemingly with other Leeds players. "First training in Qatar with Leeds," he said alongside a picture of himself at the training centre.
Temenuzhkov is yet to get anywhere near to making a first-team debut for Leeds. He has been in fine form for the Under-23s and Under-18s sides though and it is likely that Paul Heckingbottom could take a look at the ex-Barcelona striker in the near future. In other Leeds United news,
