West ham midfielder Josh Cullen has agreed an £800,000 move to Anderlecht, Football Insider understands.

The Belgian club have made a move for the midfielder who is set to end his long stay with the Hammers.

A recruitment source has told Football Insider that the 24-year-old will undergo a medical in Belgium ahead of signing a contract tomorrow.

Cullen, who has entered the final 12 months of his contract at the London Stadium, has spent the last two seasons out on loan at Charlton Athletic.

He contributed one goal and two assists in 34 appearances for the Addicks last season but it was not enough to prevent Lee Bowyer's side from being relegated to the third tier.

The Republic of Ireland international has also enjoyed loan spells with Bradford City and Bolton Wanderers.

His only appearance this season came against his former club Charlton - a 3-0 EFL Cup last month in which he played the full ninety minutes.

It looks to be his last appearance in claret and blue as his move to Anderlecht nears.

Across all competitions, he played 10 senior games for his boyhood club, with three coming in the Premier League.

Anderlecht are managed by former Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany who has turned to England to recruit players in the past.

West Ham midfielder

Striker Kemar Roofe was signed from Leeds United last summer before he completed a move to Steven Gerrard's Rangers this August.

Cullen looks set to join Grady Diangana, Albian Ajeti and Jordan Hugill in leaving the London Stadium this summer.
