Alan Hutton believes that Heung-min Son must be a "dream" to work with at Tottenham.

The former Spurs and Scotland star, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, admits he would love to be teammates with the South Korea international due to his "positive" attitude and work ethic.

Son has made a blistering start to the campaign having chipped in with eight goals and four assists in just seven appearances.

Hutton believes the 28-year-old has proven himself as not only a technically-gifted footballer but a "fantastic guy" to spend time with on the pitch and in training.

Hutton told Football Insider: "He just looks like a positive guy, he always looks happy, he never looks down. He just looks like that sort of person who's happy to come into work every day and work hard.

"You can see it in his performances on the pitch. There's never a moment where you think: 'Oh, he's a bit off it.' Even if he makes a bad pass or whatever, he's rushing to get the ball back, his energy levels are through the roof.

"He just looks like a fantastic guy to be part of your squad and work with. I bet he's a dream for managers."

Son, who joined the club from Bayer Leverkusen, has played 236 times and scored 93 times for the Lilywhites to date.

He has played primarily as a left-sided winger but has also filled in as a centre forward in the absence of Harry Kane.
