Tottenham have prioritised signing Morgan Gibbs-White and a new striker this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

It is believed that Ange Postecoglou's side are eager to bolster their attack ahead of next season and have shortlisted the Nottingham Forest star and a new centre-forward.

Amid Forest's financial struggles and recent four-point deduction, they could be forced to sell many of their key stars next season, which has opened the door for Tottenham to make a move.

Tottenham keen to bolster their attack for next season

Spurs have been linked with multiple attacking stars in recent weeks as they plan ahead for Postecoglou's second campaign in north London.

They are keeping tabs on Brentford ace Ivan Toney as a potential new striker, with Football Insider revealing (22 March) that they are still keen to sign him after their interest in January.

It is unclear if Timo Werner, who joined on a six-month loan from RB Leipzig in January, will stay at the club next season, which leaves Richarlison as Postecoglou's sole centre-forward option.

Tottenham are also plotting a move for Juventus and England under-21 star Samuel Iling-Junior, with sources telling Football Insider (27 March) that they, West Ham, Brighton and Everton are keen for the left-sided attacker's services next season.

It is also believed that they could make a swoop for Wolves ace Pedro Neto, with Football Insider revealing (11 March) that they will face competition from "almost every club in the big six" this summer.

Tottenham currently sit fifth in the Premier League table after their 3-0 loss to Fulham before the international break (16 March).

They are next in action against Luton Town on Saturday afternoon (30 March).
