Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Southampton have joined the race to sign Leeds United attacker Jack Clarke as they prepare to table formal offers, Football Insider understands.

Leeds are braced for offers for the winger, 18, this summer in the wake of their failed push to win promotion to the Premier League.

Most of the Premier League's clubs have been keeping tabs on Clarke following his emergence on the scene at Elland Road this season and a source close to the situation has told Football Insider that Bournemouth, Palace and Southampton are set to firm up their interest with bids.

The skilful winger made 25 appearances for Leeds this season and his impressive performances have earmarked him as one of the best young players in the country.

Clarke signed his first professional deal at Leeds when he turned 17 in November 2017 and he is one of the lowest paid players in the current Leeds first-team.

Leeds stalled on offering Clarke a new deal during this season and his suitors feel the failure to tie him to new terms could boost their chances of luring him away from Elland Road this summer for the right price.
