West Ham braced for Jarrod Bowen offers from 'eight Premier League clubs'
West Ham are expecting to receive offers from eight Premier League clubs for captain Jarrod Bowen this summer following their relegation.
That is according to experienced former Everton, Tottenham and Aston Villa scout Bryan King, who exclusively told Football Insider what he has heard from his sources.
The 29-year-old is under contract until 2030 at the London Stadium and could still decide to stay, although the expectation is that he will depart this summer.
Bowen scored nine goals and provided 11 in the Premier League last season, and has attracted interest from clubs throughout the top flight.
The winger was snubbed for Thomas Tuchel's World Cup squad and will likely need to make a move if he is to have a chance of going to 2028's European Championship.
West Ham are reportedly aiming to receive around £50million for Bowen, who joined from Hull City in January 2020.
Bryan King reveals significant Jarrod Bowen interest
Bowen represents guaranteed Premier League quality, having shown quite incredible consistency over the years.
The 29-year-old has scored 65 goals and provided 49 assists in just 238 Premier League appearances, constantly putting up great numbers.
The England international has been the subject of interest elsewhere before, but his loyalty to West Ham has seen any potential move struggle to come to fruition.
However, with a year of his prime spent in the Championship on the line, it would appear that now may well be the perfect time for Bowen to move on.
"All the clubs in the Premier League, around the top eight of the Premier League, are certainly looking at Jarrod Bowen, that's what I've been told, and will make him offers," King told Football Insider.
"Because he's a player I rate highly. If you want to get back into England, playing in the Championship, it's difficult."
Everton could be unexpected Bowen destination
While the top eight could all be possible destinations for Bowen this summer, there is an alternate option slightly outside of that bracket.
David Moyes' Everton are looking to find their edge ahead of next season and the winger could be reunited with his former boss.
The Toffees finished 12th and could well have secured European football with more consistency.
The introduction of a Bowen to that front line could be all the difference next season, and Moyes would undoubtedly be delighted to be reunited with his star man.
