The form of Moussa Dembele has been a major factor for Celtic in the last few weeks.
He lost his place in the first-team following the winter break, as manager Brendan Rodgers was concerned that the constant speculation surrounding his future was affecting his form.
Dembele, of course, ended up staying with the Hoops, and started in the 3-1 victory over Hearts, scoring a goal in the process.
However, his performance in the following match against Kilmarnock was extremely poor, as he rarely featured in the game which the Hoops lost 1-0.
The performance was very reminiscent of the 21-year-old’s performance against Rangers in the Old Firm derby, where he was substituted on the hour mark.
When Dembele is on-form he is at times unplayable, which was shown last season when he scored 32 goals as the Hoops won the domestic treble.
This season has been different though, as both injuries and squad rotation have affected Dembele’s form.
If the player wants to get a big money move to the Premier League, then his performances will need to improve on a regular basis.
A good performance against not only Partick Thistle but also Zenit in the Europa League would not only the player but the team overall.
