Wolves fans have renewed their anger towards former manager Julen Lopetegui after he agreed to take over from David Moyes at West Ham.

The Spaniard left Molineux in controversial circumstances last summer after he was highly critical of the players and unhappy with the board.

However, with the Hammers searching for a new boss as Moyes is set to leave the London Stadium this summer, it appears the former Wolves man will replace him.

Guillem Balague, meanwhile, insisted the manager's departure from Molineux was due to issues with the board, questioning the fans for their anger (via X, 6 May).

Many supporters at Molineux have voiced their displeasure towards Lopetegui, with some labelling him "pathetic" and a "fraud" while others warned West Ham to "beware".
