Surprised Rangers are not in for him: Celtic fans react to reported PL interest in £8m-rated ace

Celtic fans have been reacting on Twitter to the news that Jozo Simunovic is wanted by clubs in the English Premier League.
The Daily Record are reporting that Premier League side Crystal Palace have joined Burnley in having an interest in Simunovic, who has lost his place in the starting line-up to 19-year-old Norwegian Kristoffer Ajer.
It is understood that Celtic rate the defensive ace at £8million.
With new centre-back Marvin Compper also on the books, most supporters seem to be of the opinion that if the correct money is offered, then the Hoops should sell the 23-year-old.
One Celtic fan took the report as a chance to land a dig at cash-strapped Rangers, claiming that he’s surprised that they are not in for him at that price.
Here are some of the best reactions on Twitter to the speculation surrounding the defender:

Simunovic’s career in Glasgow has been a mixed bag so far.
The player has badly affected by injuries since signing for the Hoops from Dinamo Zagreb in 2015. He has found it difficult to play a number of games in a row and seemed set to leave the Bhoys last season but a move to Torino fell through at the last minute.
The Bosnian put that issue behind him and turned in his best performances in the Hoops, helping them to a domestic treble.
This season has been a different story though, and after a promising start his form has badly fallen away, culminating in his dropping from the side after a very poor performance in the 4-0 loss to Hearts which saw the Bhoys’ 69 match domestic unbeaten run come to an end.
