The Mirror report claims Yarmolenko is allowed to leave Kiev this summer despite being blocked from a move during the last two summers.
It remains to be seen how much Spurs would have to pay for the right winger, but with the Ukrainian giants resigned to losing their star man, it appears a move could be completed swiftly.
If Spurs can secure Yarmolenko’s signature for around £20million, then they would be bringing a bargain to Wembley Stadium.
