Celtic player ratings v Brechin: Defender 5/10 in routine win
GOALKEEPER AND DEFENDERS
Craig Gordon – 6: Had a very quiet day, only had one real save to make as Brechin unsurprisingly struggled to create chances. Will probably have a far busier night against Partick on Tuesday.
Mikael Lustig – 7: Looked in far better form than he did before the winter break, the rest seems to have done him good, chipped in with two assists too.
Dedryck Boyata – 6: Played fairly well but just like Craig Gordon didn’t have the busiest game. Will be pleased to have scored his first goal of the season.
Kristtoffer Ajer – 5: Seemed comfortable throughout the game until Brechin substitute Issac Layne came on and gave him plenty of problems. An experience the defender will learn from.
Kieran Tierney – 6: Got up and down the wing as usual in his typical style. Another player who looks refreshed and raring to go after the winter break.
