£60m worth of Everton talent Sam Allardyce must offload in brutal January exodus

Davy Klaassen

This could be a very harsh one but Klaassen has done absolutely nothing since joining Everton in the summer for a stunning £23million from Dutch titans Ajax.

The Netherlands international was brilliant in Amsterdam but is yet another Eredivisie import to the Premier League that has failed to meet the level required.

Klaassen, 24, has not played in the league since September and has been completely left out of the matchday squad for the last six fixtures in the competition.

There’s no way that Allardyce and Everton can be affording to keep someone as expensive as Klaassen out of the squad and they should cash in on him as soon as possible to ensure that his value doesn’t plummet too drastically.
