21-year-old dominates all in 9/10 display: Celtic player ratings in win v Rangers

GOALKEPER AND DEFENCE

Craig Gordon – 7: Had practically nothing to do until the Hoops went 3-0 up then produced two excellent saves to deny Alfredo Morelos scoring a consolation goal for the Ibrox men.

Mikael Lustig – 6: Was booked in the first-half and didn’t have his best of games, but did well enough and will likely keep his place in the Hoops side for the rest of the season going forward.

Dedryck Boyata – 6: Played far better than he did in the game against Rangers last month, only made one slight mistake and Brendan Rodgers will feel vindicated in his decision to start the Belgian.

Kristoffer Ajer – 6: Just like his defensive partner he didn’t have the best of games, but the Norwegian did well enough to show that he should be a mainstay for the Hoops going forward.

Kieran Tierney – 7: Was perpetual motion going up and down the wing offering a threat both in defence and in attack, another excellent performance from a player who keeps getting better.
