Agbonlahor issues seven-word claim on Leeds United sacking Jesse Marsch after latest
Jesse Marsch‘s job is not under any pressure at Leeds United despite their recent form, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker insisted Leeds are “entertaining” and have tightened up their defence but they are missing a clinical striker.
The Whites threw away a 1-0 lead over Crystal Palace last weekend (9 October) as their winless run extended to five Premier League games.

They last won in August as they beat Chelsea 3-0 in one of Thomas Tuchel’s final games in charge of the Blues.
Their recent run of form leaves them 14th in the Premier League table, three points above the relegation zone but they do have a game in hand over the bottom three.
Asked whether Marsch’s job at Elland Road is under real pressure, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “I don’t think so, to be honest.”
He added: “I’ve been critical of Leeds but they do look entertaining. They look better defensively as well, they are not as gung-ho.
“I think they have been unlucky, what they are missing is a striker.
“I think Leeds will be ok but they need to look at bringing a striker in.”

Leeds United are next in action on Sunday (16 October) when they host league leaders Arsenal at Elland Road.
The Gunners have only lost once all season and the Whites have not beaten them since May 2003 when goals from Harry Kewell, Ian Harte and Mark Viduka helped secure a 3-2 win.
In other news, David Beckham has been cited as a Leeds United starlet is backed for a January move.
