Agbonlahor lambasts Salomon Rondon after Everton source’s reveal – ‘He can’t move’
Salomon Rondon is “not good enough” for Everton and Frank Lampard knows it, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England forward insisted Rondon needs to leave the club to play regular football elsewhere.
The 32-year-old has played three times this season but is now the third-choice striker behind Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Neal Maupay.

Sources told Football Insider on Wednesday (7 September) that he has held talks with multiple Super Lig ahead of the Turkish transfer window closing on Thursday (8 September).
It is understood that Adana Demirspor are among the clubs interested in Rondon.
This site revealed last week (30 August) that Everton had told the Venezuela international that he was free to find a new club as he entered the final 12 months of his contract.
Asked whether he would be confident in Everton with just Maupay and Calvert-Lewin as the frontline strikers, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “I would be.
“Calvert-Lewin will come back. Maupay is a good player who will suit Everton.
“Rondon is not good enough. Even when he comes off the bench, he doesn’t move and get around, that’s just one of those things.
“I think Lampard knows that. He’d rather play with a false nine in Gray or Gordon than with Rondon.
“He should go and play some football somewhere else.”

Rondon moved to Goodison Park last summer (2021) to be reunited with his former Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez.
He has managed just three goals and one assist in 27 appearances across all competitions for the Toffees and is yet to find the net this term.
