
Arsenal announcing Ben White deal after breakthrough in talks – Sources
Arsenal are expected to announce a new deal for Ben White in the coming days, sources have told Football Insider.
The defender has reached a full agreement with the club following a breakthrough in talks.
Well-placed sources have told Football Insider that the former Brighton and Leeds United ace is set to earn a significant pay rise on his reported £120,000-a-week wages at the Emirates.
White moved to Arsenal on a five-year deal for a reported £50million from the Seagulls in the summer of 2021 and is will be rewarded for his influential performances in North London.

He has been a mainstay for Mikel Arteta’s side this season having started 25 Premier League games and five of their eight Champions League clashes.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed a prolific campaign for Arsenal this season having notched two goals and four assists, including two assists in their 2-1 win against Brentford on Saturday (9 March).
He joined the Premier League giants as a centre-back but he has been successfully converted into a right-back, where he has played for the majority of the last two seasons.
The Gunners also look set to keep exit-linked full-back Oleksandr Zinchenko, with sources telling Football Insider (11 March) that they have no plans to sell the 27-year-old.

Arsenal most recently advanced to the quarter-finals of the Champions League after beating Porto on penalties on Tuesday night (12 March).
They sit top of the Premier League table after Liverpool’s and Man City’s 1-1 draw on Sunday (10 March) and are next set to face the Citizens on 31 March.
