Arsenal could accept £90m Bukayo Saka offer after Liverpool source’s reveal today – pundit

Alan Hutton has suggested Arsenal would consider selling Bukayo Saka to Man City for £90million.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Tottenham and Aston Villa right-back said Saka wouldn’t be a first team regular at City despite his ability.

The Premier League champions have an interest in the England star and a Liverpool source has told Football Insider on Tuesday that Jurgen Klopp is also a “huge admirer” of him.

The England international’s current contract expires in 2024.

But, last month sources told this site that the Gunners have informed sponsors they are very confident of agreeing a new deal with the star midfielder.

When asked if he could see Saka joining Pep Guardiola’s side any time soon, Hutton told Football Insider:That would be interesting.

I would be surprised but then again would I? It is football. He is obviously at a big club at this moment in time. Under Mikel Arteta they are going in the right direction, they are building a squad to try and compete.

They would not want to get rid of him. But if City come in with £90m or bigger than that, do they take it? We will have to wait and see.

Man City

But you look at the likes of Jack Grealish at this moment in time. He was £100m and he still does not play every week. You have got all these superstars that are rotated, does he want to be part of that or is he happy where he is?

There is a better opportunity at City to win trophies at the moment. But it would be a huge decision.
