Arsenal fans react on Twitter to Ozil display v Bayern Munich

Mesut Ozil played 90 minutes for Arsenal in the defeat against Bayern Munich – and the club’s supporters were highly critical of his performance
The 28-year-old was unable to help his side slip to a crushing 5-1 defeat against Bayern in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie.
The Gunners were completely outclassed at the Allianz Stadium and their European dream looks over for another season.
They have been eliminated at the round of 16 in the previous six seasons and look set to suffer the same fate.
The two sides were level at half-time after Alexis Sanchez cancelled out an Arjen Robben long-range effort.
However, Bayern scored four unanswered goals after the break through Thiago Alcantara (two), Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller to take a commanding lead in the tie.
Arsneal fans highlighted midfielder Ozil for his performance and feel that he offered very little to the team.

Ozil has been under pressure for recent performances recently and may now find his position under threat.
The central midfielder was unable to produce his best form in his homeland Germany and fans feel he should be influencing the game much more with his quality.
