Arsenal tipped to complete ‘fantastic deal’ for Wijnaldum after PSG update – pundit
Georginio Wijnaldum would be a “fantastic” game-changing signing for Arsenal, according to Danny Mills.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Man City and England full-back suggested Wijnaldum could move to Arsenal on loan during January until the rest of the season.
Sky Sports reported earlier this week (8 December) the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder is open to a return to the Premier League and Arsenal is a potential destination.

Mikel Arteta refused to rule out a move for Wijnaldum in his pre-Southampton press conference today (10 December).
The 31-year-old, who won the Champions League and Premier League with Liverpool, swapped Anfield for the French capital on a free transfer over the summer.
However, he has failed to establish himself as a regular at PSG under Mauricio Pochettino.
He told Dutch outlet NOS earlier this year (11 October) he was “not completely happy” at his new club.
“If you could get him it would be a fantastic signing,” Mills told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“Why wouldn’t you take him? He’s proven that he’s a really good player with experience of winning things.
“He could make a real difference to that midfielder. If you could get him it would be a fantastic signing and a real leader.
“Even if it’s on loan until the end of the season, I think it would be a good signing.”

Wijnaldum has played 20 games across all competitions for PSG this season but only half of them have been starts.
The Netherlands international has 217 Premier League appearances under his belt for Newcastle United and Liverpool.
