Centre-back Suliman is currently on-loan at League Two outfit Cheltenham Town, where he has been a regular feature for the club.
Suliman has played 12 League Two, FA Cup and EFL Cup games for the Robins, with England duty ruling him out of a few matches during the season.
Nonetheless, his side is struggling in the relegation zone in the fourth-tier of English football as they have registered 21 points from 21 games this term.
The Robins player is yet to play senior football for his parent side, but he has represented the younger Villa squads.
Additionally, he has been called up for his home country at under-16 level to the under-19 level, making two appearances for the latter.
